Vincent Cavallaro Obituary

Vincent Stewart Cavallaro, 86, a longtime resident of West Haven and Woodbridge passed away peacefully April 16, 2022 at his home. Her was the husband of Nancy Carasone Cavallaro. He was born December 8, 1935 in New Haven son of Vincent D. And Laura Catherine Saunders Cavallaro. Vincent worked as a lineman for New York, New Haven, & Hartford Railroad and Metro North for 33 years until his retirement in 1997. He was also a proud Air Force Veteran who served as an Airborne Radio Operator. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughter, Marla Cavallaro of Charleston, SC, step son Frank (Denean) Pomarico Jr. and granddaughter Cassie of Woodbridge, and his sister Joanne Roedel and family of New Haven. He was predeceased by a son Paul and brother Arthur.
All services will be private. Donations in his name may be made to Woodbridge Animal Control, 135 Bradley Rd. Woodbridge, CT 06525. The Celentano Funeral Home is caring for his arrangements.
