Shywann DaLuz, 49 of Hamden, CT passed away on August 15, 2024.

Shywann was born on March 18, 1975 in New Haven, CT to Denise DaLuz.

He attended Hillhouse High School and was employed by Milford Barrel Company for

over 15 years.

Shywann was a member of Saint Martin de Porres Church and served as an altar boy.

He was very close to his grandmother Lillian who he cherished and loved.

Jermaine Harris (cousin) and Benjamin Harris (best friend) had a great relationship with

Shywann. They supported each other in good and bad times. Jermaine and Benjamin

have fond memories of Shywann that they will hold close to their hearts.

Shywann is survived by his mother Denise DaLuz, siblings Misty DaLuz (Hamden),

Bashura Wilson (Hamden), Isaiah DaLuz (New Haven); fiance’ MarQuea Raper,

Godmother Kathy Matthews-Barbour, niece, nephews and a host aunts, uncles, cousinsand friends. Predeceased by his brother Christopher DaLuz, grandmother Lillian Viera-DaLuz and grandfather Anthony DaLuz, Sr.

Friends and family may pay their respects at the Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm., St. New Haven from 9:00-10:00 AM with a funeral service taking place at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private.
