Ralph C. Aprile, 87, of Hamden passed away March 5, 2018 in the St. Raphael’s Campus of Yale NH Hospital. He was the husband of the late Evelyn Sette Aprile. Mr. Aprile was born in Manchester, CT. on Nov. 29, 1930, son of the late Ralph Julius and Ida Aprile. A carpenter by trade, he was a graduate of the former Boardman Trade School in New Haven. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.

Mr. Aprile is survived by one son, Ralph (Barbara) Aprile Jr. of Orange; a daughter, Andrea (Richard) Bozzi of Hamden; and three grandchildren, Anthony, Melissa and Angela. He was predeceased by his sister, Rosa Banti.

Friends may call at The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St. (cor. Dwight) New haven Friday from 6 to 8 pm and are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Infant Church Saturday morning at 9:30 am. Interment with military honors, will take place in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
