Peggy (Pelagia) Sofokleous, formerly of Cheshire passed away peacefully October 9, 2025. She was the widow of William (Vasilios) Sofokleous. Peggy was born in Derby April 29, 1929 daughter of the late Theodore and Maria Konstantios Mastrandonas. She worked for Firelight Alarm for many years until her retirement. She is survived by her daughter Marina (James) Benas, her grandchildren Nicole and Christopher and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by her brother Vasilius Mastrandonas and her sister Diana Serpis.
  A visitation will be held in St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, 480 Racebrook Rd. Orange Thursday from 10:30 - 11:30 AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:30. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
