Philomena Celentano, 94, of New Haven passed away Nov. 19, 2018 in Yale New Haven Hospital.  Born in New Haven Aug 28, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Bimonte Celentano. Prior to her retirement, she worked in the offices of the former Adley Express Co. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great, great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings, Nicholas, Michael, Joseph, Alphonse, Andrew, Albert and Madeline Celentano
Friends may call at The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St. (cor. Dwight) New Haven Friday from 4 to 8 pm and are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial  at Our Lady of Guadelupe Parish in St. Rose’s Church, 115 Blatchley Avenue, New Haven Saturday morning at 10:00 am. Interment in All Saints Cemetery.
