PAULINE (Tartanis) FANOLIS Obituary

Pauline Tartanis Fanolis, 89, formerly of Hamden Hills Drive, Hamden, passed away Nov. 3, 2018 in Meriden Center. She was the wife of the late Christopher H. Fanolis.  Mrs. Fanolis was born in Danbury on Nov. 6, 1928, daughter of the late George and Ourania Tartanis.  She is survived by two sons, Harry C. Fanolis of Wilbraham, Mass. and George C. Fanolis of Hamden and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Gus Tartanis and a sister, Catherine Laggis. Mrs. Fanolis was a member of the Ladies Philoptochos Society at St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church.
Funeral services will be held in St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, 480 Racebrook Road, Orange Wednesday morning at 10:30. Friends may call at the church prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:30. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven.
