Maria Pagliaro Jones, 92, of Wallingford wife of the late James L. Jones, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025. She was the. the mother of Nicolina Jones Burwell of Alabama, Sara Hunt of Waterbury and the late James L. Jones. Maria was born in New Haven March 8, 1932 daughter of the late Joseph and Nicolina LaMonica Pagliaro. She was the sister of Anthony Pagliaro and the late Lawrence, Salvatore and Ralph. She worked for Majestic Laundry and was an elevator operator for many years. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren. Maria was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt.
