Margery Grace Luciani, 78, of Woodbridge, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 30, 2016 at her home. She was the widow of Raymond P. Luciani. Mrs. Luciani was born in New Haven Aug. 30, 1938, daughter of the late James and Margaret Powers Grace. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and Southern Conn. State University, earning a Master’s Degree in Reading. During her career, she taught at St. Aedan’s School and the Regional Young Parents Program at Southern Conn. State University. She was an active member of the West End Women’s Club and Greater New Haven Community Chorus. Marge dedicated her life to teaching. She is survived by two sons, Raymond J. Luciani of Woodbridge and Gregory A. Luciani of Orange; and three grandchildren, Nina, Giana and Luigi Luciani. She was predeceased by her daughter, Maria Luciani.

Funeral from The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St. (cor. Dwight), New Haven Monday morning at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Center Road, Woodbridge at 10:00.  Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 4 to 8 pm. Interment in East Side Cemetery, Woodbridge.
