Obituary
Sadly, Lorraine Caruso Salerno, 87, of Milford, passed away on December 20, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Noble J. Salerno Sr. For 51 years.
Lorraine was born in New Haven on April 3, 1935 and was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose Caruso. Prior to her move to Milford,. Lorraine and Noble had resided in Orange for many years surrounded by her family, two sons Noble Jr. and Matthew and a host of neighbors and friends. She was also grandmother to 5 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Lorraine was predeceased by her two brothers and sisters-in-law Franklin (Gloria) Caruso and Joseph (Marie) Caruso. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and Allen Norwell and many nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service was held on January 4, 2023 at Holy Infant Church in Orange followed by interment in Orange Cemetery with her husband. Arrangements were made by the Celentano Funeral Home of New Haven, CT.
Lorraine is truly missed by all who knew and loved her and will forever remain in our hearts.
