Lorraine Rita Hagopian, 93, of Woodbridge, died peacefully on Dec 5, 2018.  She was the wife of the late James Hagopian. Born in Southington on Aug 27, 1925, Lorraine was the daughter of the late Florimond and Anna Burgess LaFleur.  Lorraine was devoted to her three children, Nancy Smith of Fort Myers, FL., Lynn (George) Cargos of Orange and David Hagopian of Woodbridge; Also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Stephanie and Jessica, Kelly, Amy and James. She was predeceased by her brothers, Alvin and Robert LaFleur. Lorraine’s family would like to express theie deepest gratitude to the dedicated caregivers, nurses and staff at  the Willows and and to Vitas Hospice for the dedicated care and comfort in her final years, as well as to her home health aids who helped her to enjoy her final years at home.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services in The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St. (cor. Dwight) New Haven Saturday morning at 10:00. Calling hour prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:00 am Interment will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
