Linda Ardito, 74, of Hamden, wife of Daniel Ardito, passed away peacefully in CT Hospice, Branford August 12, 2017 with her family by her side. Born in New Haven December 8, 1942 she was the daughter of Carmelina “Millie” Vitolo Heffernan and the late James Heffernan. Linda was a bookkeeper for Joseph F Nitkin & Co. for many years. Besides her mother and husband she is survived by two sons, Daniel and James Ardito; a daughter, Jodi (Ben) Uscilla; and sisters Elizabeth (Steve) Clark, Mary (Mark) Katz, and Nancy (Brian) Shea. She was a loving grandmother to Aaron and Brad Uscilla, Mackenzie Ardito, Daniel Ardito Jr., and the late Skylar Ardito. A special thank you to the nurses of the Smilow Cancer Center, St Raphael Campus and all the caregivers at CT Hospice. Friends and family may call at the The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St. (cor.
