Joan (Erff) Greco

Joan Greco (Erff), 82, of West Haven, passed away on Wednesday, September 27th, surrounded by loved ones, after a long and full life.

Joan was born on December 25, 1940 in New Haven, CT. She spent many years treating patients as a nurse at Saint Raphael’s Hospital in several units. In her younger years, Joan loved skiing with her friends and rollerblading with her grandchildren. She especially loved spending time with her family whenever possible.

Joan is survived by her loving children and grandchildren: Jay and Cheri Greco, and TaraJean Greco; Carissa and Patrick Dougherty, and Carleigh and Molly Greco. She is also survived by her brother Charlie Erff, and sisters-in-law Barbara and Joy Erff.

She is predeceased by her parents, Anthony and Marion Erff, her daughter, Tracey Ann Greco, and her brother, Anthony Erff.

Relatives and friends will be welcomed by the family at Celentano Funeral Home on Sunday, October 1st between 4-7 p.m. There will be a funeral service and burial on Monday, October 2nd beginning at 11 a.m at Celentano Funeral Home.
