Dr. Walter Oleh Kulczycky passed into eternity from health complications from COVID
on Jan 4, 2026. Dr. Walter Kulczycky was born on April 14, 1946 in Beirut, Germany. He received his
Medical Degree from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany, after which he
completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in
Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kulczycky was past director of Emergency Medicine at Lower Buck County Hospital
in Philadelphia, PA and later at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport, CT.
He is survived by his nephew, Roman Broberg, his brother-in-law, Chris Broberg, and his
cousin Roma Salak with her family. Funeral services were private.
