Bob was a member of First & Summerfield UMC when I was a pastoral intern there in 2011-12, and I remember his wonderful spirit so vividly. I am grateful for the steadfast support he gave me at a time when I was very uncertain about what I was doing with my life. I'm now a pastor in Maryland and am sending love and light to his family and church family.

To the Family:

Dr. LaCamera was my pediatrician. In 1974, I lost my voice a week before my Bar Mitzvah. He prescribed some medication and I magically recovered days before! I fondly remember the office with Dr. Wessel on Howard Avenue. He was a kind, gentle soul and terrific doctor. May he Rest In Peace.

Dear Ann and Patty,

My sisters and I have fond memories of Bob LaCamera and Morris Wessel, seeing them as patients well into our twenties and following that, as friends. Both had long meaningful lives with much positive impact that is still felt all over New Haven. I last saw Bob, accompanied by one of you, a couple of years ago, with my husband Henry Lowendorf; it was a lovely encounter. We all send condolences to you and your families, and know that Bob's memory will continue to be a blessing.

Sincerely, Susan, Joanne and Cathy Klein, Henry Lowendorf, and Steve Grover
