Carmen Milanes, 28, of Waterbury, CT passed away suddenly March 21, 2022 in Yale New Haven Hospital. Carmen was born in the Bronx, NY July 3, 1993 the daughter of Ariel Mitchell Coolbeth. and David Milanes.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Tuesday (TODAY) Marcvh 29th in the Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St., New Haven, CT from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. A service conducted by family will be held at 7:00 PM.
