Christopher Levix, 36, of East Haven passed away suddenly May 25, 2019. He was born in New Haven June 30, 1982 son of the late Philip and Caroline Young Levix. Chris worked as a truck driver for many years.  He is survived by his sister, Cheryl Levix; brother, Joseph Mongillo, his beloved daughter, Caroline Levix; his step children, Julie and Anthony Porcu; a niece, Alannah; and nephews, Lewis and Josh. He was predeceased by his brother Dominic J. Mongillo. Chris brightened everyone’s day and made all he touched laugh.
  Friends and family are invited to call and pay their respects at the Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St., New Haven Monday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.
