Alan J. Zipkin, 64, passed away peacefully January 2, 2025 after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Nazorine Ulysse. Alan was born in Danielson CT August 16, 1960 a son of Joseph and Estelle Okun Zipkin. Initially an accountant he followed his passion and became a bookseller for Derringer Books selling rare and unusual books. Alan was the brother of Donna Zipkin and the late David M. And Laura J. Zipkin. He is also survived by his step children Gabriel Ulysse Paglia, Sage Ulysse Paglia and Farrin Ulysse Paglia.

Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service for Alan to be held at the Jewish Community Center, 360 Amity Rd, Woodbridge, CT 06525 this Sunday January 19th from 2 - 4 PM.The Celentano Funeral Home is caring for Alan’s family.
