Anthony Carlucci of West Haven, CT passed away suddenly at Yale New Haven Hospital on March 19, 2019. He was born on April 3, 1970 in New Haven and grew up in his beloved Westville neighborhood. He is survived by his mother, Margaret Donovan, his sister Rose Carlucci, his brother Lenny Donovan, his two children, Anthony Carlucci Jr. and Analise Carlucci, as well as countless family members who loved him dearly.
Anthony loved spending time with his family. Whether it was everyday conversations or celebrating the holidays, he always enjoyed being in their company. He had a great sense of humor and a laugh that was contagious. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching his favorite teams, the Chicago Blackhawks and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also enjoyed cooking and bird watching.
Those who knew Anthony lost a shining light in their lives. He overcame so much hardship in his short lifetime, yet he always managed to stay positive and keep a smile on his face. This was a true testament of his faith and strength.
Friends may call at The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm Street, New Haven on Sunday, April 7, from 12 to 3 pm with funeral service being held there at 2pm.
