ANNE (Dolly) POTENZIANI

Anne (Dolly) Potenziani, 96, of Woodbridge passed away peacefully on August 28, 2021. The daughter of Maria and Sante Potenziani and sister of the late Rose Potenziani Donato, Albert and Ben Potenziani.
Loving aunt to Simon Donato (Lynn), Laurie Donato Cappello (Philip) and Joseph Donato (Susan), six great and five great-great-nephews and nieces and her dog Heidi.
She worked for New Haven Terminal for 29 years and loved going to work every day.
Anne loved UConn women's basketball playing pinochle with friends, traveling, volunteering for the Church of Assumption, and a member of the Women of Woodbridge club.
Aunt Dolly's greatest source of joy throughout her life was her times with family and friends. She was the source of encouragement always nurturing and delighting in their accomplishments. She will be greatly missed by her family friends and all whose lives she touched.
Mass of Christian burial to be held Saturday, September 4 at our Lady of the Church of the Assumption at 11 o'clock, 81 Center Rd., Woodbridge. In her memory donations may be made to our Lady of the Assumption Church or the Woodbridge Senior Center.
