Alyce Shore Venoit, 95,  of Wright Residence at Masonicare, Wallingford, formerly of New Haven, passed away on Oct. 20, 2018.  She was the widow of Stanley J. Venoit. Born in New Haven January 23, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Mae Brennan Shore. Her late husband was the well known City Hall Reporter for the New Haven Register for several years. She is survived by three sons, Stanley J. Venoit Jr., Paul J. Venoit and Peter L. Venoit; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sister, Mrs. Wilfred J. (Mary) Boivin.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Aedan’s Church, 112 Fountain St., Monday at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow on Beaverdale Memorial Park.
