Eileen Browning Hills-Holcomb, 54, of 15 Norman Avenue, Wallingford passed away Oct. 23, 2013 at Masonicare in Wallingford. She was the wife of Robert Holcomb. Born in Wallingford on April 29, 1959, she was the daughter of Robert and Ivy Vanco Browning of Cooksville, TN. Prior to her illness, she worked as office manager for Union Local 777.Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by two sons, Christopher Hils of Manchester and Thomas Hils of New Haven; a step daughter, Jessica Holcomb of East Haven; two brothers, Edward Browning of Texas and Thomas Browning of California; and a granddaughter, Guliana.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, 68 North Colony St. Wallingford Saturday, Nov.2nd at 10:00. Interment will take place in Tennessee at a later date. Arrangements are in care of The Celentano Funeral Home, 424 Elm St., New Haven.
